This intellectual property may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, used to create a derivative work, or published in any form or media (except for viewing of images by your Internet browser) without the written permission of Timemark LLC.

Because photographic production of images and rights managed licensing of our images comprise the basis of our income and livelihood, it is our policy that our photographers, graphic artists and writers maintain ownership of their copyrights. We will license various uses to accommodate our clients' needs.

In the event of an infringement of our Copyright, we will notify and invoice the industry-accepted 10x Fee for unauthorized usage. Should prosecution in U.S. Federal Court of Copyright Infringement be necessary, you may be subject to a fine of up to $150,000 (US) for statutory damages as well as legal fees and court costs.
